Terms of service.

Purchase Policies: All prices and sales are final. Payments for all services must be made before the start of the service without exception. Absolutely no expiry extensions, without exception.

If you are not sure you can finish your package before the allotted expiration dates, please purchase a smaller package. Our expiration dates have been adjusted to give you ample time to complete the larger packages. We are happy to help you choose what is right for your lifestyle and goals.

Please note that for group parties or special private workshops, the organizer must pay a deposit to reserve the date and time. The organizer also assumes the payment for the balance owing, due 24 hours or more before the start of the event.

Return Policy: Absolutely no refunds, without exception.

We do accept transfers of sessions/packages to friends or family members, but all policies continue to apply following the transfer. In the event of a transfer, expiration dates do NOT change. Your friend/family member will simply continue your package for you. One transfer maximum per package. In-session packages are not transferable once the session has started. 

Classes that are in-session (all kids classes, hammock choreography) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy: 24-hour minimum cancellation window. If you late cancel or do not show up to your class, the credit for that class is lost. No exceptions.

48-hour cancellation window for all private 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 coaching classes.

• In-Sessions (Pole Intro, Hammock Choreo, all kids sessions): Cancellations or makeups are not possible. You will automatically be signed up for the same class for the given number of weeks. If you miss a class, the credit is NOT returned to you. If you miss the weekly class, you also forfeit your spot in the free practice that same week.

• No Extensions: no package extensions are possible. If a class is popular, please make sure to register in advance to ensure you will be able to use your credits before the expiry date. We will not offer package extensions for classes that are cancelled due to statutory holidays.
