Scheduled Class Descriptions

Drop-in Classes:

Silks 2 & 3

This class focuses on technique and learning tricks and combinations for intermediate level students. You must meet the minimum requirements for level 2 to attend this class (i.e. you must have completed the hammock level 1 passport). This class will fill to 2 students per silk.

Hoop 1

This class focuses on technique and learning tricks and combinations for beginners. This class will fill to 2 students per hoop.

Hoop 2 & 3

This class focuses on technique and learning tricks and combinations for intermediate level students. You must meet the minimum requirements for level 2 to attend this class. This class will fill to 2 students per hoop.

Pole Intro

This class focuses on technique and learning tricks and combinations for first time pole students. This is a 4-week sessions in which each student is enrolled for the 4 consecutive weeks and must attend every week to move up to level 1. This class will fill to 2 students per pole.

Pole 1

This class focuses on technique and learning tricks and combinations for beginners. This class will fill to 2 students per pole.

Pole 2

This class focuses on technique and learning tricks and combinations for intermediate students. Students must meet the minimum requirement for level 2 to attend this class. This class will fill to 2 students per pole.

Pole 3

This class focuses on technique and learning tricks and combinations for intermediate to advanced level students. Students must meet the minimum requirement for level 3 to attend this class. This class will fill to 1 student per pole.

Pole 4 

This class focuses on technique and learning tricks and combinations for advanced level students. Students must meet the minimum requirement for level 4 to attend this class. This class will fill to 1 student per pole.

Pole 5

This class focuses on technique and learning tricks and combinations for advanced level students. Students must meet the minimum requirement for level 5 to attend this class. This class will fill to 1 student per pole.

Pole Classique

This class can be taken with pleaser heels or in socks and focuses on the sensual side of pole. You must have completed the Intro session to attend this class. This class will fill to 2 student per pole.

Pole’ography

This class is a drop-in choreography class in which you learn a choreography over 4-6 weeks. This class is considered more cardiovascularly challenging. This class will fill to 1 person per pole.

Hammock 1

This class focuses on technique and learning tricks and combinations. This class will fill to 2 students per hammock.

Hammock 2

This class focuses on technique and learning tricks and combinations. This class will fill to 2 students per hammock.

Solo Aerial Practice:

Students can practice what they learned in their classes on their own. A supervisor is present, but there is no instructor guidance. This class will fill to 1 student per apparatus. Please notify the studio 24 hours before the start of your class which aerial apparatus you would like to use and what height setting you need. If we do not receive notification in time, we cannot guarantee that your desired apparatus will be available. Students must receive studio approval before registering for this class.

Solo Pole Practice:

Students can practice what they learned in their classes on their own. A supervisor is present, but there is no instructor guidance. Students must receive studio approval before registering for this class. This class will fill to 1 student per pole.

Choreography/Aerial Dance 8-week Sessions:

These are exclusively in-session classes that last for 8 consecutive weeks. Students are enrolled for the same class every week and may not use their enrolment to attend other classes on the schedule. Missed classes are not credited back to the account.

Hammock Dance 2

Hammock Dance 2 consists of learning 1-2 (maximum) full choreographies per 8-week session for intermediates. Choreography is always set to music. These classes are not technique or tricks classes and while you will learn poses and transitions that make up the choreography, the emphasis is on creating a complete choreography to a specific song and working on execution, presentation, and fluidity. Each class during the 8-week session is dedicated to learning and perfecting the choreography. You will not learn movements, poses, transitions, tricks that are not part of the final choreography(ies). 

This class will fill to 1 student per hammock.

Kids Classes (9-12 yo) 8-week Sessions:

Cirque Kids (9-12): Hammock SIlks

Kids will learn exciting hammock choreographies (1-2 maximum) throughout the 8-week session and will get to perform their aerial dances at the end of the session. This class will fill to 2 students per hammock.
